Jack Frost | PP13859 * Jack Frost Siberian Bugloss * Heart shaped, 3-5 inch leaves with silver overlay and light green veins. Clear blue flowers with yellow centers in mid to late spring. Fantastic DEER RESISTANT groundcover. Best in light shade (morning sun) to shade and evenly moist, rich soils. Ht. 12-15 inches, with 12-15 inch spread. Z3-8. |
