Columbine meadow rue is native to eastern Europe, naturalized in part of Canada. Bluish green feathered foliage and bright rose/red flower heads on tall talks. For any rich, leafy, well drained soil in partial shade to full sun. May- June. Ht.: 2-3feet. Z5-9.
