Orders placed one day in advance will be processed and available for pick up the next day.
Advance Orders
Orders placed in advance will be shipped or picked up according to scheduled delivery time. Otherwise, plant material will be returned to our inventory.

Terms
We are pleased to extend credit to established accounts. New accounts will be credit card or cash until further review. Established accounts are payable net 30 days of invoice date. Accounts 30 days overdue will receive a finance charge of 2% per month (an annual rate of 24%). Accounts with a balance over 60 days will become COD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Prices
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Plant prices are 20% higher when ordered in the following quantities: 1 to 17 four inch, 1 to 11 one quart and 1 to 5 one gallon per variety.
Canceled Orders
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for cancelled orders which have been processed.
Claims
We honor claims made within three days after receiving plants.
Guarantee
We guarantee plants to be true to name.
Labeling
All plants intended for retail sales have an identifying label, which also denotes plant height, flower color, bloom time and light requirements. Bar coding is available. Ask for details.
Packaging
Four inch annuals and pansies are in plastic pots and pack 18 per tray. One quart perennials are in plastic pots and pack 12 per tray.
Visitors
Guests are welcome to visit our nursery. Please make appointment for guided tour. We hold two Open House events each year.
